RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Marsh Monster Products we pride ourselves in bringing top-quality, high-performance products to our customers. At times a customer may choose to return or exchange one of our products after purchase. You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should contact our office so that we may assign a Return Authorization (RA) number to take the shipment and log it into our product returns file. Please include the reason for the return/exchange; the date that you spoke to our Customer Service Department and, most importantly, where we may ship an exchange or send a refund check.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping provider, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days); the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days); and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
